Just imagine, a group of people who really know you and allow you to know them. Not just know about you – but who know you well enough to be a blessing in your walk with God. People who know the bad about you but still like you.  People who bring out the best in you and help you to do better. That’s community. That’s church.

“… gives us the oppurtunity to connect with church members on a deeper spiritual and personal level.   This is the place where we foster lifelong relationships and provide a solid support system for each other!”—R. Clemons

Connection Groups are a chance to get know our brothers and sisters on a deeper level. It is a time to look deeper into the Word and to share thoughts and gain insights as we do. It is a time to be in prayer for one another.  It is also a time to share in worship and fellowship with one another.  We want all of our Connection Groups to bridge the gap between life in the world and life in the kingdom of God. Regardless of what a group does or when it meets, we want to make a difference in people’s lives, to help them connect with each other and with God.

“…we meet in a home with members and other guests to share life together. Whether it’s talking during a meal, building each other up in our trials, or opening ourselves to the transformation of God’s Spirit, Connection Groups is a time we look forward to every week!”—M. Baker

How does it work?
It’s pretty simple.  A small group of people, usually no more than fifteen to twenty adults , gather in homes throughout the area.  Most meet on Sundays.  Some groups meet in the evening; some earlier in the day.  Some share a meal together; some chose not to do so.  Some have children present all or part of the time; others do not.  Besides praying and encouraging one another, most groups have a discussion based on a passage from the Bible.

We have groups for every age, life stage, and great mixes!  Retired Adults, Singles, Young Couples, Young Families, Families of Middle/High School Students, and many many more…. We have a place for you!
