Leadership Team

Paul Partlow joined the GTCOC ministry team in April 2018 and now serves as our Lead Communicator. He has been married to his wife, Melanie, since 2001 and they have three boys (Rylan, Kason, and Soren).

Paul has his B.A. in Christian Studies from Austin Graduate School of Theology and his M.A. in Cross-Cultural Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary. Over his 20 years of ministry experience, Paul has served as a youth minister in Lubbock, TX and Georgetown, TX as well as a church planter in San Diego, CA and Auckland, NZ.

Lauren Venable joined the GTCOC ministry team in January 2018 after years of volunteer service in preschool and elementary ministry.  She now serves as our full time Children's Minister.  She has been married to her husband, Don since 2011 and they have one son, Luke.

Lauren earned her certificate in Family Ministry from Southeastern University.

Collin joined the GTCOC ministry team in May of 2024.  He is from the Forth Worth area and is excited to serve as Youth Minister here in Georgetown.

Collin earned his degree in Youth & Family Ministry from Lubbock Christian University.

Facilities and Technology Manager

Quentin joined the GTCOC staff in August 2022.    Quentin earned his B.F.A. in Photography after serving for 9 years in the U.S. Air Force.

Administrative Assistant

Eleanor joined our team in the fall of 2024. Along with her husband Colby, they have 2 children, Ryan & Evelyn.  They enjoy all things Disney, soccer and cheering on their Texas Aggies!
